Role Overview As the Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for driving change programs, managing relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and leading both direct and indirect teams to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strong focus on standardization, efficiencies, project management, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and strategic planning to deliver exceptional results. Job Responsibilities - Develop and Expand Best-in-class content: Contribute to the creation and expansion of best-in-class content for general merchandise, ensuring high-quality and client-focused resources. - Promote Unify Adaptation: Guide the team in driving the adoption of Unify among capstone clients and key accounts increasing client adoption. Provide support and training to team members to effectively promote Unify’s key features. - Innovate and Build Reports: Oversee the creation and maintenance of the best-in-class Unify content while focused on standardization, accessibility, and upskilling. - Promote Client-Centric Approach: Encourage the Commercial team to deepen their focus on clients providing regular updates on progress and benefits. - Optimize Administrative Processes: Implement initiatives to reduce time spent on administrative tasks, allowing the Commercial team to focus more on client engagement and revenue generation. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of relevant work experience, and a proven track-record as a high performer. - Experience in Client Management, Data Analysis, Project Management, and/or Leadership preferred. - Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. - Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups. - Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Unify, Tableau, or PowerBi. - Familiar with data management to oversee data management systems to ensure data adaptability between models and clients.
