Job Description

Group Product Manager, Growth

Hotel Engine

• PLG strategy and execution across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, expansion, cross-sell, and referrals. • Communications platform: owning and evolving the system that manages and maintains all product communications. • Experimentation rigor: establishing and scaling a disciplined test-and-learn engine. • Horizontal growth surfaces: dashboard cards, banners, tooltips, empty states, post-booking modals. • Targeting models: Building our next best action modeling in partnership with the data science team. • Roadmap and prioritization: balancing short-term experiment velocity with longer-term foundational investments. • Team leadership: managing and developing a team of PMs, aligning closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading a team of PMs or in a group PM capacity.
  • Deep PLG experience: you've built or scaled self-serve growth motions, and you understand the difference between a tactic and a system.
  • Strong AI execution: You can ship small-cut fixes and improvements yourself. Claude or GPT is tightly integrated into your workflows.
  • Experimentation fluency: you know how to size a test, design a hypothesis, set guardrails, and turn results into durable learning. You raise the bar when it isn't set high enough.
  • Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable in Amplitude, can interrogate a funnel, and know which metrics to trust and which to question.
  • Systems thinking: you distinguish between foundational product investment and lightweight experimentation, and you know how to sequence both.
  • Cross-functional credibility: you work well with engineers, designers, data, and go-to-market teams, and you know how to drive alignment without burning cycles.
  • Hands-on leadership: you set strategy and dive in yourself.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
  • Benefits: Check out our full list at engine.com/culture.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 201-500Since 2020H1B Sponsor

Transcarent is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for our data integration platform that powers the movement, validation, and transformation of enterprise healthcare data across the organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and enterprise healthcare and will be responsible for making complex data infrastructure reliable, scalable, and self-service for the teams and clients who depend on it. You'll work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Client Success, and Implementation teams to define what the future of data integration at Transcarent looks like, from strengthening core ingestion pipelines and data quality frameworks to expanding operational visibility. What You'll Own - Define and drive the product roadmap for Transcarent's core data integration platform, governing how eligibility, claims, pharmacy, and other enterprise healthcare datasets move, transform, and land across systems - Own the end-to-end ingestion experience from file intake and schema validation to quality checks, metadata tracking, and lineage visibility, helping to ensure downstream consumers always have clean, trusted, and timely data - Drive platform reliability and scalability, partnering with Data Engineering to reduce pipeline failures, shrink ingestion lag, and improve overall data freshness across client datasets - Build toward a self-service model reducing dependency on Data Engineering for routine operations by giving analytics, implementation, and client-facing teams direct visibility into pipeline health and processing status - Define and enforce data quality standards across the platform, including validation rules, anomaly detection, and error surfacing that catches issues before they reach downstream reports or AI models - Own the integration roadmap with upstream data sources and downstream consumers ensuring our platform can onboard new clients, datasets, and systems without linear growth in engineering effort - Partner with Compliance and Governance teams to ensure the platform meets HIPAA and enterprise data handling requirements across all ingestion workflows What We're Looking For - 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning data platform, data integration, or data infrastructure products - Deep familiarity with enterprise data concepts including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, data quality, and lineage — and the ability to translate these into clear product decisions - Experience working with healthcare data including eligibility, claims, pharmacy and everything in between - Ability to operate at both the strategic and the technical level - you can read a pipeline architecture diagram and write a crisp product brief for the same feature - Strong cross-functional instincts — you know how to align Data Engineering, Client Success, Analytics, and Compliance around a shared roadmap - Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping as you'll need to balance competing priorities with limited resources Nice to Have - Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI deployment in enterprise settings - Background building internal or developer-facing tools Why This Role Rostra is not a side project — it's the data foundation that every downstream report, dashboard, and AI insight at Transcarent depends on. As the PM for Rostra, you're not just shipping features; you're shaping how a healthcare company of our scale moves, trusts, and acts on data. The platform is evolving rapidly — from reactive data pipelines to an intelligent, self-healing system that anticipates problems before they happen and explains itself in plain language. There's significant runway ahead, and this role sits right at the center of it. As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $65—$75 USD Who we are Transcarent is the One Place for Health and Careᵀᴹ, bringing medical, pharmacy, and point solutions together with the WayFindingᵀᴹ experience, the first and only generative AI-powered health and care platform for health consumers. Our WayFinding experience, paired with transparent and consumer-driven pharmacy care, 2nd.MD expert medical opinions, and virtual primary care, works seamlessly with comprehensive Care Experiences – Cancer Care, Surgery Care, and Weight Health – to support people with all of their health needs, simple or serious. Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options. Our benefits and perks programs include, but are not limited to: - Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage - Competitive 401(k) Plan with a generous company match - Flexible Time Off/Paid Time Off, 13 paid holidays - Protection Plans including Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Supplemental Insurance - Mental Health and Wellness benefits Transcarent is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. If you are a person with a disability and require assistance during the application process, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Role Description We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own how the company is positioned, messaged, and sold across every audience and every stage. This is not a content role, a brand role, or a supporting function. You define the narrative. You turn features into business value, demos into closed deals, and a nascent category into a story the market understands and remembers. You will be an early marketing hire working directly with product, sales, and engineering to make sure the story is consistent and compelling from first touch to expansion. There is no playbook to copy. Stablecoin-native business finance is a category being built in real time, and you will help define it. This role suits someone who has owned product positioning and GTM at a B2B fintech or crypto company, can write a sales deck that actually closes deals, and gets excited about building messaging frameworks from scratch. If your background is primarily content, community, or brand without direct PMM ownership, this is not the right fit. Location: Remote, global. Qualifications - 5+ years in product marketing, with B2B experience, preferably in stablecoins, crypto - Launches you can point to that moved the needle, with outcomes you can speak to clearly - Exceptional writing. This is non-negotiable - Experience supporting both PLG and sales-assisted motions - Proven 0-to-1 ownership: you have built positioning or a function from scratch, not inherited someone else's playbook - Comfort operating in lean, early-stage environments where there is no established process to follow Requirements - Define product positioning: what the company is, who it is for, and why it wins - Own messaging for every feature, translating technical specs into business value - Build and maintain the messaging framework that keeps everything consistent across channels - Partner with product, design, and content to turn releases into adoption - Own launch messaging and assets for both self-serve and sales-assisted motions - Build sales collateral that closes deals: decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, partner content - Own competitive intelligence and keep the sales team armed at all times - Partner with the GTM engineer on lifecycle communications that drive activation - Own product copy and in-app messaging across the user journey Benefits - $150,000 - $180,000 base + equity - Full ownership of product marketing at a company securing $15B+ on Solana - Direct access to founders and senior leadership - The chance to define how stablecoin-native business finance is positioned and sold
