Role As part of our commercial enablement team, Octus is hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator in our Pakistan office. This is a great opportunity to join a successful commercial team and make a direct & positive impact to our enablement goals. The Sales Enablement team ensures the commercial team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to drive predictable, profitable bookings and customer engagement. We are looking for someone to help us administrate, track, measure and report on our enablement programs. Ideal candidates are curious, good with people and data alike, organized, and genuinely motivated to contribute to enablement programs that drive commercial KPIs. Responsibilities: - Support the scheduling and administrative details for assigned training programs, including new hire onboarding, product training/certifications, and 3rd party training programs - Act as a 1st point of contact with incoming Commercial Team new hires and liaise with IT and HR to both automate and personalize the new hire experience - Organize and help deliver reporting and metrics on commercial enablement programs - Coordinate and distribute communications to the wider commercial team on behalf of the commercial operations team - Demonstrate content organization skills & best practices in managing the commercial team materials in the Octus LMS and Intranet - Contribute toward Commercial Operations tech/tools license & vendor contract management - Seek to continually grow in your career toward enablement or other commercial operations tasks Requirements: - 1-2+ years of related experience. An overview of this roleAs the Director of Regional Sales, you will lead a high-performing, field-based sales organization focused on GitLab's rapidly growing State, Local and Education (SLED) business.
