About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Director to join our Revenue team. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to deliver strong sales results for our fully and self insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers. Where you'll work Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. What you will do: - Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s employer product, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment - Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships - Drive net new top of funnel and win new business in your assigned geographical territory The ideal candidate has: - Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role - Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants - Experience in health insurance strongly preferred - A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside - A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system - Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders - A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare. Compensation Transparency:The target salary range for this position (inclusive of Base + Commission) is $300,000 - $325,000 annually. . This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Position Purpose: A Home Services Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers. The Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Sales Consultant will spend the majority of their working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment. Sales Consultants will travel to customers' homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations, develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs, and maintain/drive profitability. The Sales Consultant will also complete required sales contracts and paperwork, and take measurements using industry-standard methods to ensure orders meet required installation specifications.
