Role The Capital Structure Analyst will be responsible for regularly entering and updating the capital structures of all EMEA-based companies in Octus’ internal systems and databases. Capital structure analysts would work closely with our credit analysts and editorial teams to build capital structures and update as companies report. Each successful candidate would own a set of capital structures that they would be responsible for maintaining. Successful candidates would have a strong understanding of debt instruments and other securities as well as a solid grasp of financial reporting complexities. This role sits within a team of sixteen analysts covering both performing and distressed credits and will contribute directly to the team’s research coverage. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth. The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 The actual compensation will be at Octus’ sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual year-end performance bonus.
