About the Role: As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical engagement across Constructor’s partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs) and Technology / Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. You will work at the intersection of partnerships, product, and go-to-market, ensuring our partners are equipped to successfully position, integrate, and deliver Constructor’s platform. This is a high-impact builder role. You will help define how Constructor works with partners technically: creating integration standards, developing enablement programs, and supporting partner-led deals. This role focuses on scaling technical success through partners, not just direct deal support. You will serve as the technical liaison to our partners, ensuring alignment with Constructor’s product and engineering standards. You'll define how we engage technically with partners, create the playbooks, lead the solutioning, and set the standard for what a great Constructor integration looks like. This role is foundational to scaling Constructor’s partnerships motion. You will enable an entire ecosystem of partners to successfully build and deliver on our platform. Key Responsibilities Partner Technical Solutioning & Pre-Sales Solutioning - Lead technical discovery and solution design for partner-led opportunities - Collaborate with SIs and ISVs to design scalable integration architectures (APIs, ecommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, data pipelines) - Serve as the primary technical advisor in joint partner-customer engagements - Support and guide partners in building Proof Schedules (lightweight POCs) and tailored demos - Build and present compelling custom technical demonstrations and integration blueprints tailored to partner-led opportunities. - Assist in RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with partners and internal teams - Troubleshoot and triage APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns Partner Enablement & Technical GTM - Design and deliver technical enablement programs for partners in conjunction with partner success managers across all Constructor solutions and integration points. - Create scalable assets: reference architectures, integration guides, demo environments, and certification materials - Collaborate with Partnerships leadership to develop joint go-to-market playbooks - Translate Constructor’s product capabilities into partner-ready technical narratives - Enable partners to independently position and implement Constructor without heavy internal reliance Integration Leadership & Quality - Define and uphold best practices and standards for partner-built integrations - Support onboarding of new partners with hands-on technical guidance - Review and validate partner implementations to ensure performance, scalability, and quality - Identify opportunities to build accelerators, reusable components, and tooling to reduce time-to-value Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) - Surface partner feedback to influence product roadmap and integration strategy - Collaborate with Sales Engineering to ensure consistency across direct and partner channels - Contribute to internal enablement, documentation, and best practices Market & Ecosystem Engagement - Stay current on ecommerce trends, composable architecture, and AI/ML advancements - Represent Constructor in partner meetings, field events, and industry engagements - Build strong relationships with partner technical stakeholders (architects, engineers, delivery teams) What Success Looks Like - Partners can confidently position, implement, and scale Constructor independently - Integration architectures are clear, repeatable, and aligned with Constructor best practices - Partner-led deals progress efficiently with minimal technical friction - Enablement programs drive measurable increases in partner-sourced pipeline and delivery quality - Product and Engineering receive actionable, structured partner feedback - Strong qualitative and quantitative feedback from partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders Working Style - Comfortable operating in a remote, distributed, and highly cross-functional environment - Able to manage multiple partner engagements and priorities simultaneously - A builder mindset that is proactive in creating structure in ambiguous environments - Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy - Commercially aware and aligned with revenue and partner growth goals

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles
  • Experience working with or alongside SI or ISV partner ecosystems
  • Strong experience designing SaaS or API-based integrations
  • Familiarity with modern ecommerce platforms and architectures (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP, headless/composable)
  • Experience supporting Proof of Concept/pilot programs
  • Technical Skills
  • Deep hands-on experience with API-first platforms and comfortable working directly with REST APIs, JSON data structures, webhook frameworks, and SDK integration patterns
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js preferred) or similar scripting language
  • Ability to troubleshoot APIs and integration workflows
  • Experience building demo prototypes or lightweight integrations
