• Develop high-quality, engaging content that supports marketing and communications objectives. • Create compelling and persuasive content for external marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and social media posts. • Conduct stakeholder interviews independently or in collaboration with other team members. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. • Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style. • Proactively propose new content topics and formats to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. • Create engaging internal communications that inform, align, and connect employees across the organization. • Support internal initiatives through content such as announcements, leadership communications, and program updates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging. • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role.
- Proven experience in writing for both external marketing and internal communications purposes.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to generate and refine ideas that elevate content impact.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content development, including identifying new topics and formats that support broader business goals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools is preferred.
