• Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards that strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity. • Build and scale the commercial discipline, operating rhythms, and service models that drive sustainable Net Revenue Retention (NRR). • Develop senior client growth leaders capable of influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise relationships. • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure account plans are profitable, scalable, and aligned to client outcomes. • Advance portfolio visibility and decision-making through clear forecasting, health metrics, renewal planning, and expansion pipeline management.

• Provide front-line technical support: Actively monitor and respond to client support tickets, triage bugs, clarify UI/UX requirements, and maintain strong, empathetic live communication skills. • Support diverse, high-volume projects: Work across a large portfolio of concurrent client projects. You will frequently switch contexts throughout the day to resolve varying support requests, implement quick fixes, and push feature updates without sacrificing quality. • Develop and maintain enterprise front-ends: Update, and maintain complex WordPress themes and custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js, modern CSS, and JavaScript. • Enhance UI/UX and legacy interfaces: Debug cross-browser issues, improve responsive design and accessibility on legacy systems, and ensure seamless visual integration across multiple client sites. • Support & shape our product offerings: Help maintain and enhance the user interfaces and front-end integration of our public product offerings like ElasticPress.io and SiteWatch.

• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements • Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope and priorities • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys and interaction models

• Own cloud infrastructure end-to-end: architect, deploy, and manage highly available environments across AWS and Azure • Serve as the Linux subject matter expert: own system builds, configure and troubleshoot core services like NGINX, MariaDB, and Redis • Operate the data and caching tier: run and scale MariaDB/Galera clusters alongside Redis, Memcached, and Elasticsearch • Engineer CI/CD and automation: build and tune pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps • Lead observability, security, and performance: evolve monitoring, harden infrastructure security, participate in incident response and 24/7 on-call rotation

• Design end-to-end experiences for content-rich, editorial, and information-heavy web and mobile products. • Collaborate closely with internal cross-discipline teams to align solutions. • Support workshops and presentations as a key design contributor.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles under our Digital Product Practice • Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements • Source, engage, and assess candidates across global markets • Create and uphold a candidate experience that’s second to none • Partner closely with external recruiting agencies
