Overview GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual Support Analyst - Spanish. This is a fully remote opportunity with an 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM shift, Monday through Friday. Position Overview The Bilingual Support Analyst should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and a solid foundation in customer service, with a focus on providing support to both technical and non-technical end users. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have experience with remote support via phone and email, as well as familiarity with various desktop operating systems, MS Office, and web applications. In addition, knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, Active Directory, and basic PC hardware troubleshooting is a plus. This individual will be responsible for efficiently managing user support tasks, maintaining professionalism and patience when addressing user inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across all support channels with minimal supervision. Responsibilities - Provide customer service support in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with all users - Offer customer service assistance to both technical and non-technical end users - Flexibility to work off-hours or shifts, as needed Minimum Qualifications - Fluent in both Spanish and English - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to support end users remotely via phone and email - Patient and professional when supporting non-technical users - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential Preferred Experience - 1–2+ years of customer service support experience preferred - Experience supporting the Manufacturing and/or Healthcare industries is a plus - Familiarity with the following is a plus: - Desktop operating systems, including Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 - Proficiency in the MS Office suite and web applications - Experience with Active Directory Administration, Lotus Notes, and IBM Client Access - Knowledge of PC hardware configurations and troubleshooting - Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies What We Do: Working for GDC means you will be at the forefront of the technological world. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Technical Support Technician within our Remote Technical Support team. - Supporting our customers’ requests for technical support, primarily through incoming calls, portal requests, and email conversations, ensuring responsive service and first-time resolutions. - Troubleshooting and solving simple to highly complex hardware and software technical issues using a logical troubleshooting approach with attention to detail. - Collaborate with internal team members to escalate product issues. - Actively create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external uses. - Actively listen to customers and use Salesforce to quickly capture accurate detailed notes about troubleshooting, plans of action, and site-specific information for all customer interactions. - Regularly participate in technical training on new and different products and systems to advance your technical knowledge for supporting Daktronics customers. - Consistently support customers with a standard schedule comprised of four 6-hour shifts between 9a-4p (e.g. 9a-3:30p or 10a-4:30p) with an optional 30-minute lunch and one of Monday or Friday off.
