EVENT SPECIALIST As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our partners and marketplace vendors. We expect you to expand the number of certified partners and guarantee a successful relationship between them and our clients. It will be your responsibility to make sure all the services and products delivered by our partners to our clients are fulfilled, and that our clients are happy enough to leave positive reviews in our marketplace. You will work in the Marketing team together with a full roster of creatives and inbound specialists. This is a partially remote role. You will work from home, but must be available for frequent international travel for on-site event execution RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, coordinate, and manage events from end to end, including vendor sourcing, client management, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire event cycle; - Prospect new partners to join our Marketplace; - Prospect strategic partners to provide products and services for bundled products; - Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers; - Onboard new partners; - Be the main point of contact for the marketplace and redirect demand accordingly; - Make sure the products and services offered by our partners are fulfilled; - Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners; - Register and track documents from our partners; - Update and upkeep CRM and Trello boards; - Research the market for new opportunities; - Coordinate partnership-related projects with different teams; - Produce comprehensive analysis and reports of activities and results. PRE-REQUISITES - Strong experience in event planning, including managing the full event lifecycle, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients; - Experience with client relationships; - Experience with platform training for partners; - Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion; - Ability to source for suppliers and negotiate costs within budgets; - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior; - Lead generation experience; - Excellent communication skills; - Ability to execute under deadlines; - Fluent English to communicate and interact with partners and colleagues around the world; - Must have a personal computer and mobile phone; - Must be comfortable with frequent international travel - Flexibility to adapt to different time zones. - Knowledge and experience with HubSpot or similar tools; - Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup. The Advanced Practice Provider, Care Line is responsible for diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual, remote consultation via video conference or telephone. The incumbent in this role serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls. They are accountable for assessing, diagnosing, treating and precisely documenting patients' physical and psychosocial health status through the collection of health data. The schedule for this position will rotate each week with one required weekend shift per month.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Through virtual video conference or telephone, assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems. Performs and documents physical evaluations and patient histories, analyzes trends in patient conditions and develops, documents and implements a patient management plan based on interpretation of findings. Aids in the development of a plan of care that may include health education, physician referrals, case management referrals and patient/family counseling. - Evaluates need for immediate nursing intervention, consultation and/or referral and facilitates the necessary patient care. - Plans patient care based on knowledge of the patient population and/or protocol. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and graduate of a school of nursing for Advanced Practice Nursing with certification in area of specialty required; Master's degree in Nursing required. - For Nurse Practitioners: Board certification by AANP or ANCC required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire. - Multi state licensure to include at minimum FL or VA (both preferred), and at least 2 licenses in the following states: GA, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, KY, LA, KS. - A minimum of 3 years' acute/primary care clinical work experience required; with experience in emergency service, urgent care, primary care or value based care highly preferred - A minimum of 2 years' telehealth work experience highly preferred - Must be willing to travel twice a year to TN and once a year to GA required. Travel costs are provided by company. PAY RANGE: $111,140 - $158,771 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
