• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for the North American market that aligns with Taulia’s business objectives and sales targets. • Serve as the primary liaison for SAP-hosted events in the US, securing sponsorships, managing booth presence, and maximizing joint marketing opportunities. • Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorships for key industry conferences to ensure high-value exposure and lead generation. • Oversee all logistical details for US events, including venue selection, vendor management, booth design, AV, catering, and on-site execution. • Lead the planning process for complex events, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned. • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to secure customer speakers, manage session abstracts, and ensure all event content aligns with our core messaging. • Work with the Demand Generation team to drive pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up strategies that maximize attendance and conversion. • Build and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses to ensure we stay on target and deliver maximum ROI. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure event success and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably within the B2B tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and maximising attendance at large-scale conferences (e.g., 1000+ attendees) as well as bespoke executive dinners and roadshows.
- Experience working within the SAP ecosystem or managing sponsorships at major SAP events (Sapphire, TechEd) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, sales teams, and external partners.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% domestically for event execution.
- Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign tracking and lead management.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.

The Advanced Practice Provider, Care Line is responsible for diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual, remote consultation via video conference or telephone. The incumbent in this role serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls. They are accountable for assessing, diagnosing, treating and precisely documenting patients' physical and psychosocial health status through the collection of health data. The schedule for this position will rotate each week with one required weekend shift per month.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Through virtual video conference or telephone, assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems. Performs and documents physical evaluations and patient histories, analyzes trends in patient conditions and develops, documents and implements a patient management plan based on interpretation of findings. Role Description This is a temporary position that will begin in June 2026 and run through October 2026, with the possibility of renewal during the 2027 high season. The Temporary Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Manager and Events Coordinator to support the project management and coordination of key logistics across multiple concurrent events, including: - High School Inbound meetings and incentive trips serving 20–200 guests - The New York Student Tour, welcoming 100+ international high school students weekly over a two to four-week period - The Annual International Exchange Conference, hosting ~200 attendees including staff, government officials, host employers, international representatives and partners, and local coordinators Additional responsibilities may include supporting the planning for other events such as the annual All Staff Meeting, department and leadership meetings, and hosted dinners throughout the calendar year.
