Associate Product Manager, Virtual Cards

Compliance Specialist

• Coordinate due diligence on corporate entities during the onboarding process, including reviewing legal entity documents, ownership structures, and beneficial ownership information • Identify and escalate any potential risks or red flags identified during the KYC review process • Partner with internal departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Relationship Management, to facilitate supplier due diligence requests from external partners, funders, and vendors • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and documentation • Maintain and generate compliance reports using various data sources and tools, analyze results, and action requisite output • Review entity information to confirm validity of Negative News, Sanctions, and PEP screening matches for material adverse reports as part of ongoing monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the customer
