• Responsible for various projects and initiatives to improve the contract renewal process. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and organization with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Execute daily payment transaction and reconciliation activities. • Work within a daily schedule to ensure that all activities are completed per published deadlines. • Monitor the payment flows, perform daily account reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies. • Critical "problem solving" - something didn't work - where/how is it broken and idea/options for resolution. • React swiftly to issues that may arise, to summarize facts and provide recommendations for timely resolution of critical (real money) issues. • Create, maintain and distribute internal and external reporting, including to support any KYC, security and auditing processes. • Work closely with other teams with Taulia Trade Technology, Taulia and other services and partners.

• Direct exposure to how AI is being deployed in a massive global enterprise environment. • This role is designed as a pathway for future Product Managers, Solutions Architects, or full-time Forward Deployed Engineers. • Regular 1:1s with senior engineers and leaders across the Talent, Product, and Engineering organizations.

• Coordinate due diligence on corporate entities during the onboarding process, including reviewing legal entity documents, ownership structures, and beneficial ownership information • Identify and escalate any potential risks or red flags identified during the KYC review process • Partner with internal departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Relationship Management, to facilitate supplier due diligence requests from external partners, funders, and vendors • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and documentation • Maintain and generate compliance reports using various data sources and tools, analyze results, and action requisite output • Review entity information to confirm validity of Negative News, Sanctions, and PEP screening matches for material adverse reports as part of ongoing monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the customer

• Assist with preparation and organization of local and state tax filings, including gathering supporting documentation and performing basic data entry. • Support general ledger account reconciliations by preparing schedules, tying out balances, and identifying variances for review. • Help maintain documentation for internal and external compliance requirements, including audits and regulatory filings. • Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information. • Assist in organizing and improving documentation and processes to support audit readiness. • Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and internal controls. • Provide exposure to core accounting and tax processes • Build foundational skills in reconciliation, compliance, and financial analysis. • Offer mentorship and guidance from experienced team members. • Enable the intern to contribute in a way that supports—rather than replaces—existing team responsibilities.

• Developing and maintaining an actionable territory sales plan that ensures the attainment of the assigned revenue targets. • This includes new customer acquisition as well as maximizing the revenue opportunity with existing customers. • Prospect, develop and close prospective customers for Taulia’s entire solution suite. • Work closely with internal teams like Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other teams to structure the customer value proposition. • Create and deliver accurate forecasts. • Proactively ensure that the business relationships are maintained at all levels within prospect and customers. • Keep abreast of any new market developments and competitive information and communicate those to the appropriate teams within Taulia. • Work with Taulia’s partnership and ecosystem team to leverage the value those partners can bring.

• Serve as the single point of contact for the entire webinar lifecycle—from ideation and scheduling to speaker recruitment and cross-functional coordination with Product and Customer Marketing. • Act as the producer for proprietary broadcasts and the primary point of contact for third-party hosted webinars, ensuring seamless technical execution and brand consistency. • Coordinate pre-webinar promotion to ensure webinars drive engagement and meet defined attendance targets. • Manage the end-to-end execution for in person events e.g. trade shows, partner co-hosted events, and executive engagements, handling everything from booth assets and vendor coordination to white-glove logistics. • Take independent ownership of assigned components within major conferences, such as registration workflows, lead retrieval, and booth logistics to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience. • Track event expenditures against assigned budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and deliver post-event ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of event investments. • Ensure all event data is accurately captured and synced with Salesforce/Marketo within established SLA timelines to guarantee proper lead attribution and enable sales follow-up.

• Sourcing & qualifying leads for the Account Executives • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives • Acquiring & maintaining a working knowledge of Taulia solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects • Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions • Demonstrating initiative, creativity & collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for the North American market that aligns with Taulia’s business objectives and sales targets. • Serve as the primary liaison for SAP-hosted events in the US, securing sponsorships, managing booth presence, and maximizing joint marketing opportunities. • Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorships for key industry conferences to ensure high-value exposure and lead generation. • Oversee all logistical details for US events, including venue selection, vendor management, booth design, AV, catering, and on-site execution. • Lead the planning process for complex events, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned. • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to secure customer speakers, manage session abstracts, and ensure all event content aligns with our core messaging. • Work with the Demand Generation team to drive pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up strategies that maximize attendance and conversion. • Build and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses to ensure we stay on target and deliver maximum ROI. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure event success and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
