Principal Salesforce Systems Developer

Everway

• Act as the most senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, setting development standards and guiding best practices across the team. • Build and lead the development of advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. • Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems such as ERP, Marketing platforms, and data systems. • Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment through strong development lifecycle practices. • Support and mentor other developers and administrators, helping raise engineering capability across the Salesforce team. • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, and strengthen the overall Salesforce architecture.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in multi-system enterprise architectures.
