Marketing Specialist
Fullsteam Operations
• Own all marketing activities at the company • Report directly to the BU President • Work closely with both the Sales team and our marketing agency • Maintain SEO and GEO optimized PEAK 15 corporate website using WordPress CMS • Build and grow targeted account list using online tools • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns working with outside agency • Create content (blogs, videos, case studies, flyers, newsletters) to support lead generation and sales pipeline activities • Monitor and track performance, ROI and KPIs • Drive engagement of the existing PEAK 15 customer base through various initiatives • Coordinate quarterly webinars and in person events • Create and send monthly newsletters • Administer NPS survey • Track, maintain, and improve key marketing metrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly with high-value enterprise customers.
- 2 years of experience with full funnel marketing strategies.
