• Respond to both pre-arranged and emergency response calls • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure ongoing functionality and reliability of customers' security systems • Collaborate with established engineering team in the field • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems • Recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance and reliability

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls • Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access

• Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections. • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs. • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of glass, working at heights, and use of PPE; maintain and inspect safety equipment and first aid kits. • Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to local laws, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability. • Manage tools and supplies inventory to maintain proper stock and organization. • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. • Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
