• Support the employees' operations & onboarding process • Coordinate the execution of employee events • Support all day-to-day tasks with a focus on employee safety, well-being, and morale. • Work to deliver outstanding employee experiences and seek to improve employee lifecycle processes. • Provide consultative services across a variety of key moments in the employee lifecycle. • Be the main point of contact for USA team members' well-being and day to day experience. • Administrate and welcome the onboarding/offboarding of employees. • Process contracts, POs, and invoices. • Event planning and coordination. • Operate all social activities in collaboration with the Israeli team such as happy hours, special holidays, events, etc. • Manage all operations activities that are required for business events such as conferences, webinars, team meetings, etc. • Keep supplies stocked by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed

• Facilitate and ensure compliance of Track daily settlement process via computer-based software • Utilize Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections • Assign schedules and pay formulas within Track for proper calculations of net billable hours • Manage daily business process within Track to confirm settlement of charges within client’s ERP • Provide training to Supervisors and Vendors during onboarding and general maintenance • Manage user accounts/profiles and report filters, and other ad hoc administrative requests • Manage labor, equipment, and material rates to guarantee up-to-date contractual compliance • Provide support for all Track Platform issues that hinder operation of daily settlement process • Execute Track Platform implementation project plans, ensuring that implementations follow MCi’s standards and are delivered consistently • Facilitate completion of standardization elements, integration and user acceptance testing, and other project deliverables in adherence to the project schedule • Assist clients with identification and organization of Master Data as required • Collaborate with clients to expand their contractor management strategy and business processes based on industry best practices • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize contractor work processes and use of Track • Provide instructor-led training in group and one-on-one settings and provide end-user support during and after the implementation process • Become Track subject matter expert and advocate, driving knowledge and understanding of systems and processes both internally and externally

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cross-business project operations framework for large-scale integrated enterprise projects in OTR. • Lead cross-business visibility and governance for billing, collections, overdue management, and cash conversion across enterprise projects. • Coordinate with finance, controllership, project teams, and business units to support accurate and timely revenue recognition across integrated projects. • Provide cross-business operational oversight of shipment readiness, shipment execution, and fulfillment performance for enterprise projects. • Establish and manage a robust operating mechanism for enterprise project margin tracking, including key drivers, risks, opportunities, and execution impacts. • Develop and maintain enterprise project dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility to operational and financial KPIs. • Coordinate across GE Vernova business units to ensure an integrated approach to enterprise project operations in OTR. • Continuously evaluate and improve project operations processes, tools, and governance models for enterprise projects.
