The Senior Graphic Designer produces innovative solutions to marketing problems that combine both written and visual elements in touch points across multiple platforms. Lead cross-functional teams through the creative process to meet creative brief objectives while demonstrating a high level of creativity, visual sensibility, and attention to detail. Uphold and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This is a hybrid role that will require you to work in our Madison, WI office location at least two days weekly. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. - 5+ years’ graphic design experience in an in-house marketing and/or agency environment.
