Qualifications - 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative. - Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct-response creative. - Highly data-driven, comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions. - Experience developing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap. - Fast, iterative thinker who balances speed with high craftsmanship and attention to detail. - Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. - Excellent communicator capable of articulating and defending creative decisions while incorporating feedback.
