Specifically, you will focus on establishing and supporting a hybrid-datacenter using primarily Microsoft technologies. This includes but is not limited to Azure, M365, Windows, Entra, hypervisors, networking systems, and backup solutions. You will work closely with architecture and security teams to ensure solutions are strategically aligned, secure, resilient, and built for long-term sustainability. This includes contributing to technical roadmaps, incorporating modern engineering practices, and ensuring observability, availability, and lifecycle management principles are met. Once solutions are implemented, you will coordinate smooth handoffs to the Service Desk & Operations teams. The role also supports core ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management, helping ensure stable and reliable operations across the enterprise.
