Execute the system development maintaining Quality/Cost/Delivery target with interacting internal functional team and the customers, Automobile companies. Key Responsibilities - Execute vehicle Audio and ASM system application development management based on the R&D estimate described the project scope and the customer requirements with following the internal and the external processes and the standards. - Create and maintain the project scope. - Communicate program related items internal and external. Act as a primary interface with the customers’ engineering leadership for assigned projects. Communicate critical information and centralizing program related information internal. - Manage system-level development activities, from internal program/project approval through post SOP, start of production, launch window. Manage and track all changes in scope. - Manage to meet targets for R&D cost, component standard cost, development timing, performance, and quality. - Manage all necessary project related documents internal and external. - Schedule and negotiate all tuning activities, Audio/ASM system tuning, with the customer. - Manage to execute Design Review with the customer. - Create and maintain system BOM, Bill of material. - Create and maintain program/project information database. - Manage carryover parts delivery related tasks. - Track system development action items internal and external. - Manage to obtain PSW/PPAP approval. - Attend Monthly project review meeting to report the assigned programs development status, key massages, actions, events, etc. - Ensure that all components have development schedules that meet the program timing. - Identify and escalate potential problems in sufficient time for corrective actions to be implemented. - Become expert in the customer’s organization, development process, technical specifications, and product lineup. - Perform other duties as assigned. A day in the life. The Talent Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing MMA’s talent streams and programming. The Program Manager will optimize and support multiple talent-related programs and systems, maintain key vendor relationships, and support the overall talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
