Instructure, Inc.

At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers. We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in: We are looking for a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico to recruit across Latin America and the United States. As we accelerate our international growth, you will be more than a recruiter—you will be a strategic advisor to our Engineering, Product, G&A, and Sales teams. This role is for a hands-on professional who understands that modern talent acquisition requires a blend of human intuition, market intelligence, and AI-driven efficiency. What You’ll Do - Strategic Partnership: Act as a true talent consultant to hiring managers. You won’t just take orders; you will provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to help shape our hiring strategies. - Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience for candidates in both LATAM and the U.S. - Advisory & Influence: Leverage data to advise the business on localized market trends, salary benchmarking across different regions, and effective interview structures that reduce bias. - AI & Operations: Lean into AI tools to drive recruitment efficiencies. You will actively seek ways to automate administrative tasks (scheduling, screening, initial sourcing) to focus on high-value strategy and candidate engagement. - System Management: Maintain pristine data integrity within our tech stack (Ashby and Workday) to ensure our reporting is accurate and our operations are seamless. What You Bring - The Basics: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the SaaS, EdTech, or broader Technology sectors. - Bilingual Mastery: Complete fluency in English and Spanish. You are equally comfortable advising a VP in San Francisco as you are interviewing a developer in Mexico City. - The "Partner" Mindset: Proven ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders using data, market trends, and a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape. - Tech Stack Savvy: Proficiency with Ashby and/or Workday is preferred. You should be comfortable navigating these tools to maintain a seamless workflow. - AI-First Mindset: You are an early adopter of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for job descriptions, AI-sourcing platforms, or automated screening) to streamline the "top of funnel" and drive operational excellence. - Regional Knowledge: A solid understanding of the hiring landscapes, labor nuances, and cultural differences between the U.S. and various LATAM markets. Why Join Us? - Play a pivotal role in our international scaling phase. - Work in a tech-forward culture that encourages experimentation with new tools and workflows. - Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Get in on all the awesome at Instructure! We offer competitive, meaningful benefits in every country where we operate. While they vary by location, here's a general idea of what you can expect: - Competitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program - because everyone should have a stake in our success. - Flexible work culture. Our remote, hybrid and in-office collaboration spaces vary by role, team and location. - Generous time off, including local holidays and our annual “Dim the Lights” period in late December, when teams are encouraged to step back and recharge based on departmental needs. - Comprehensive wellness programs and mental health support - Annual learning and development stipends to support your growth - The technology and tools you need to do your best work - Motivosity employee recognition program - A culture rooted in inclusivity, support, and meaningful connection We believe in hiring great people and treating them right. The more diverse we are, the better our ideas and outcomes. Instructure is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in every country where we operate. All employees must pass a background check as part of the hiring process. To help protect our teams and systems, we’ve implemented identity verification measures. Candidates may be asked to verify their legal name, current physical location, and provide a valid contact number and residential address, in accordance with local data privacy laws. Any attempt to misrepresent personal or professional information will result in disqualification.
