Axiom
• Advise medical device and digital health clients on sales-side commercial contracting and technology transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and related commercial arrangements. • Provide guidance on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) transactions and related contractual considerations. • Advise on healthcare regulatory considerations impacting transactions, including the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting medical device and/or digital health companies (required).
- Strong background in sales-side technology transactions.
- Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and U.S. state privacy laws in a transactional context.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance considerations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) is a plus.
- Active license as an attorney and good standing in a U.S. state.

Director, Immigration Counsel
