• Perform screening, organization, verification and control of physical and digital documents related to mortgage lending operations, ensuring integrity, traceability and up-to-date portfolio information; • Support the execution of operational stages of out-of-court flows associated with contracts, following procedures and guidelines established by the client; • Monitor operational deadlines, update systems and manage portfolio requests, ensuring compliance, predictability and adherence to defined SLAs; • Populate internal and client systems with operational information, request status, actions taken and portfolio developments, ensuring data quality and reliability.

• Ensure the monitoring and management of a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings with clients, guide the review and drafting of pleadings and legal documents in general, and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm's proprietary system; • Draft and implement highly complex legal instruments (requiring depth of analysis, autonomy, delivery capacity and agility), assessing risks, conducting diagnostics and recommending the best legal alternatives to enable achievement of the firm's objectives; • Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate legislation, with emphasis on contracts, intellectual property and preventive law, preparing studies and legal opinions, interrelated legal analyses and doctrinal research relating to various proceedings and other matters within the field of law.

• Handle low-complexity legal matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting pleadings and other court documents, and supporting the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings. • Assist the legal team with legislative research, case law analysis, and support in preparing reports and legal opinions. • Ensure compliance with deadlines and technical standards, provide initial client assistance under supervision, and contribute to the firm's organization and efficiency.
