In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to ownership while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day financial operations, directly influencing growth, profitability, and market expansion. Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp & CPA req) Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management • Drive performance and operational efficiency • Provide strategic guidance growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives • Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization • Manage banking and lender relationships, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting • Drive annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and tax oversight • Partner cross-functionally to improve cost structure, pricing, and margins • Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects • Support capital investments, expansion efforts, and operational scaling • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team of 10 Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp & CPA req) Qualifications • Prior CFO experience is required • CPA required • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required • Equipment or industrial manufacturing experience required • ERP systems experience required

• Responsible for the accounting of a portfolio of properties, with responsibility for the income statement and balance sheet. • Prepare and assist with review of monthly financial statements for various properties. • Conduct monthly general ledger close, analysis, bank reconciliation review, journal entry, research and invoice/payable. • Researches and answers Property Managers’ questions regarding month-end financials. • Train various Community team members in Accounting and Financial systems and processes. • AP/AR Hospitality reconciliation of reservations, check-in/check-out and cash received. • Assist with quarterly/annual external audits as needed. • External and internal property level reporting. • Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries. • Assist Accounting Manager with specific tasks and responsibilities. • Assist with monthly financial statement analysis according to GAAP with variance reporting. • Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures. • Work with auditors, attorneys and lenders. • Continuously improving based on daydream feedback loops.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with GAAP • Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliation, invoicing, and payroll • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform month-end/year-end close procedures • Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and reduce the risk of errors or fraud • Manage collections and vendor payments; resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing • Support external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries • Supervise and mentor staff, as assigned • Support the administrative team and cross-department collaboration • Leverage software tools such as NetSuite and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to manage financial data • Partner with leadership to analyze financial trends and develop forecasts or budgets as needed • Support development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and best practices • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries with professionalism and clarity • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements • Proactively recommend improvements to streamline financial processes and reporting • Represent America West’s core values through professional conduct, integrity, and a customer-first mindset • Fulfill other duties as required or assigned by the VP of Finance or executive leadership

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records within the general ledger and perform account analysis to investigate variances with guidance from senior team members • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and help resolve discrepancies • Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting schedules, including deliverables commonly used in audit and review processes • Support compensation-related accounting activities for the accounting organization, including payroll-related journal entries and accruals, with guidance from senior team members • Help maintain documentation and support internal controls and audit requirements, including work related to regulated entities • Contribute to close optimization efforts, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and strengthen controls • Assist with accounting tasks related to international subsidiaries and foreign currency transactions, and participate in ad hoc projects and other accounting tasks as needed
