Key Responsibilities - Own Nada's GTM and origination systems architecture end-to-end, including CRM, LOS (Salesforce), dialer/voice automation, document management, and capital management systems. - Design and optimize system workflows across the full customer lifecycle (lead → offer → underwriting → closing → portfolio management), with a focus on improving conversion, speed, and operational efficiency. - Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce (LOS), ensuring scalable architecture, clean data models, and high-quality user experience for sales and operations teams. - Architect and manage integrations between our proprietary POS, Salesforce, and third-party systems (dialers, DMS, data providers), ensuring reliability, performance, and data consistency. - Identify and eliminate friction in the funnel, proactively recommending system and process improvements that increase throughput and reduce manual work. - Build and maintain automation layers (flows, triggers, APIs) to streamline operations and reduce human intervention across the origination process. - Own data integrity and system governance, including validation rules, deduplication, monitoring, and audit processes. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. - Act as the internal expert on GTM systems, advising leadership on tooling decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term architecture. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, systems engineering, or business systems roles in high-growth environments. - Deep expertise in Salesforce (Certified Administrator Credential required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred), including data modeling, automation (Flows), and system design. - Proven experience architecting and managing complex system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms. - Strong understanding of lead-to-close workflows across sales, underwriting, and operations—ideally in fintech, lending, or similarly regulated environments. - Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems from 0→1 or during rapid growth phases. - Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating business requirements into technical implementations. - Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward simplification and automation. Nice-to-Have - Advanced Certifications like Advanced Administrator - Experience working in a regulated financial environment. Location - Austin, Texas (Preferred) / Dallas, Texas - Note: Occasional travel between our Austin and Dallas hubs is expected to support collaboration between our tech and sales/originations teams.
