Description Summary: The Senior GRC System Developer is responsible for advancing risk management capabilities and meeting customer needs. The GRC team manages the RSA Archer GRC platform at Huntington. Our GRC capability enables a consolidated view of risk - risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities, automation for risk management teams across the three lines of defense, and scalability in risk management processes, data, and reporting to support Huntington’s continued growth. Duties and Responsibilities: - ​​​​​​Support a large-scale Archer Integrated GRC Platform with over 80 applications and questionnaires. - Lead business requirements refinement with requestors and stakeholders. - Lead technical design of solutions to meet business requirements for functional enhancements that are high to moderate complexity; ensure technical designs are supportable, efficient, and scalable. - Create, test, produce artifacts/documentation, and manage various Archer GRC components in new and existing applications, including but not limited to: Application builder (core and on demand apps), Packaging, Reports, report objects, iViews, Back-end data structure, Archer application programming interfaces (APIs), Internal and external data feeds, Simple to complex calculations, Data driven events, Advanced workflow, etc. - Advise business partners on user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation. - Manage and support complex access provisioning. - Resolve production support tickets (ex. access issues, data correction, break/fix, etc.), as needed, including performing root cause analysis. - Support IT partners with changes and incident resolution. - Be available after hours and on weekends for change implementation and on-call support, as needed. - Contribute to and follow team procedures and technical best practices. - Support reduction of technical debt. - Follow Huntington IT, Data, and Risk Management policies, standards, and procedures, where applicable. - Mentor more junior members of the team. - Perform other duties as assigned. Position Summary The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, improving, and governing the organization’s Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS). This role ensures compliance with HACCP, GFSI, SQF, and relevant regulatory standards, while supporting continuous improvement across food safety, quality, and operational workflows. The position requires strong system ownership, excellent documentation discipline, and the capability to lead or support internal and external audits.
