• Administration and support of Windows clients and Windows servers • Support of users, end devices, printers and standard IT workstations • Participation in the support of network, firewall, VPN and security topics • Assistance in backup, recovery and restoration • Analysis and handling of faults, incidents and performance issues • Support for rollouts, migrations and infrastructure projects • Participation in the support and technical assistance of systems in the INTEGRA® environment • Support at the interfaces between infrastructure, business units and ERP-related applications • Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, operational documents and instructions • Taking on clearly defined areas of responsibility including deputy arrangements • Close cooperation with colleagues, internal business units and adjacent teams

• Digital innovator and project manager responsible for creating technical concepts and organizing the project • Prioritize project activities and plan realistic milestones • Provide consulting on new project strategies and digitization opportunities • Plan and control the project lifecycle and assume a leadership role • Support the analysis of business processes and the development of solution concepts

• You act as the primary point of contact for our ORGA-SOFT support team and project management in the area of ERP software • You support your team in analyzing technical solutions within our ERP system • Together you develop solution concepts to meet customer requirements for the implementation of our enterprise software INTEGRA® • You implement new workflows and business processes based on customer requirements • You assist your team with the configuration and parameterization of INTEGRA®

• You independently or as part of a team develop strategies for acquiring new customers • You conduct competitor analyses and market monitoring and provide recommendations to product management to improve the company’s product portfolio • You coordinate and schedule workshops for customers and prospects and prepare suitable proposals and concepts to address their requirements • You are the point of contact for our customers and prospects and advise them on all aspects of digitalization related to ORGA-SOFT® products • Together with our consultants you determine the needs of prospects and conduct product presentations with them online or on-site • Afterwards you develop solution concepts for the implementation of INTEGRA® and support prospects throughout the entire acquisition phase up to contract signing • In after-sales you care for existing customers and regularly inform them about product improvements and new features.

• Operation and further development of the build/DevOps environment • Maintenance and upkeep of our DevOps servers, including updates and extensions • Administration of our build servers and ensuring a stable runtime environment • Responsibility for the availability, currency and technical consistency of the build toolchain • CI/CD & pipeline engineering • Creation, adjustment and maintenance of build pipelines in XAML and YAML • Analysis of build issues and long-term troubleshooting • Optimization of build processes to improve stability and repeatability • Release/build monitoring & troubleshooting • Monitoring and verification of nightly builds • Analysis of issues related to INTEGRA® updates • Derivation of technical adjustments to the build process and environment • Release management & release closure • System administration & tool operation • DevOps & Visual SourceSafe • Support of test and update installations and databases (MS-SQL and ORACLE) • Management of signatures and certificates (e.g., for builds/artifacts) • Maintenance of online help • Support and quality assurance of INTEGRA® tools/utils • License & version management • Responsibility for license management and the technical provisioning of Delphi and ER/Studio • Support and maintenance of the development environment(s) • Automation & scripting • Development and maintenance of automations via PowerShell and Batch • Adjustments in the daily deployment environment, including FTP-related processes • Documentation & quality assurance • Creation of technical documentation for tools, extensions and procedures • Conducting tool tests and supporting the stabilization of new extensions
