About the Role: Our Professional Services Team is seeking Associate Principal OT Penetration Tester who will provide technical leadership across vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and adversary emulation activities supporting customer services engagements. • Provide FSQA oversight for third-party (3P) manufacturing, repack, and warehouse partners • Ensure regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement programs, and oversee incident management • Lead, mentor, and develop FSQA team members to support continuous growth and alignment with organizational objectives • Build and maintain strong partnerships while ensuring compliance with USDA requirements, GMP, HACCP, and third-party certification standards • Implement and manage quality improvement initiatives • Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems to meet FSQA needs • Analyze consumer experience and sensory feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Partner with co-manufacturers to support new product development and change management • Ensure timely investigations of food safety incidents and quality issues • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments • Travel to current and prospective 3P co-manufacturing, repack, and storage facilities as needed
