• Manage all aspects of the maintenance release process, including sprint planning, development, QA, and release. • Establish and manage expectations and success criteria for everyone on a project, including the team and internal stakeholders. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation. • Communicate project information, including status reporting, meeting actions, change requests, risk reports, issue logs, schedule, and budget performance charts, etc. • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans, and managing project change lifecycle. • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to align resourcing and project delivery with overall business goals and objectives. • Lead scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Internal Stakeholder Demos, and other meetings. • Perform meeting prep, prepare agendas, and handle all follow-ups. • Set up and maintain tickets in the project management system. • Coordinate resources and schedules across departments. • Manage scope, budget, and timeline constraints and execution. • Collaborate on department efforts to standardize project management methodologies. • Streamline ops and onboarding / offboarding processes.

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and the required quality standards to meet client expectations. • Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations while maintaining active communication and relationships with sponsors, project committees, senior leadership, and executives. • Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. • Manage the project budget in close collaboration with the finance team, ensuring control and reporting of project finances. • Ensure compliance with Strada standards across all delivered projects. • Share best practices and key learnings to support continuous improvement. • Prepare project status reports and maintain information systems in accordance with Strada Global standards.

Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: As our Associate PM, you will manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of client relationship management and project management skills to include product knowledge and the application of said products. WORK ARRANGEMENT as this is a field based role, we will only consider candidates that are currently located within the Eastern Time Zone, with preferences for candidates in Pennsylvania, NY, NJ, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maryland. - Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team - Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, scope, schedule and value. - Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools - Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology - Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items - Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes - Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback What you need: Required: - A Bachelor’s degree is needed for this position. - 2+ years' experience as a project manager is needed to be a qualified applicant. Preferred: - Healthcare Project Management experience strongly preferred - PMP certification preferred $69,500- $144,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
