Payroll Project Manager

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and the required quality standards to meet client expectations. • Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations while maintaining active communication and relationships with sponsors, project committees, senior leadership, and executives. • Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. • Manage the project budget in close collaboration with the finance team, ensuring control and reporting of project finances. • Ensure compliance with Strada standards across all delivered projects. • Share best practices and key learnings to support continuous improvement. • Prepare project status reports and maintain information systems in accordance with Strada Global standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven project management experience.
  • Experience in HR consulting, payroll, and outsourcing (required).
  • Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Advanced English (required).
