• Drive the success of our customers. • Provide deep product expertise, training, and consultative support across our customer base and Success Team. • Partner closely with the Customer Success Managers to help customers maximize value from our platform through structured programs, targeted training, and hands-on application guidance. • Provide product and application expertise to customers through the Orange Buck program, delivering structured guidance and best-practice recommendations. • Participate in customer health checks, supporting Customer Success Managers when advanced or detailed application knowledge is needed. • Assist customers with complex product-related questions to help drive adoption, efficiency, and long-term success.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients during a project • Liaise with product/programming and consulting team to expedite resolution of high priority issues identified during the implementation ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of resolved technical issues or new enhancements required for a client’s Go Live • Assist in client business process review sessions (on-site or remote), provide support for any in-scope technical requirements, and assist in development of any project documentation • Provide Technical Subject Matter Expertise for implementing the Cority application to meet client requirements regarding application authentication (SSO, LDAP, LDAPS, MFA), Data Clean-up tasks for historical data (Web Service tools or SQL Scripts) • Define and document technical requirements in the form of Change Requests (Change Control Documentation) when applicable • Conduct System Administrator and advanced Business Intelligence Reporting training sessions for client system administrators and other technical leads • Provide application enhancement suggestions to Product Management for the core product

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients during a project. • This includes but is not limited to project meetings where technical discussions regarding database conversion (data mapping development and support to programming for SQL Script writing), review of client legacy systems for integration to Cority via proprietary web service tools, advanced security configuration, defining workflow logic through business rule and advanced report development. • Liaise with product/programming and consulting team to expedite resolution of high priority issues identified during the implementation ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of resolved technical issues or new enhancements required for a client’s Go Live. • Assist in client business process review sessions (on-site or remote), provide support for any in-scope technical requirements, and assist in development of any project documentation. • Provide Technical Subject Matter Expertise for implementing the Cority application. • Define and document technical requirements in the form of Change Requests (Change Control Documentation) when applicable. • Conduct System Administrator and advanced Business Intelligence Reporting training sessions for client system administrators and other technical leads. • Provide application enhancement suggestions to Product Management for the core product.

• Understand the connections between the EHSQ suites in Cority and can demonstrate knowledge effectively to clients. • Have a strong commitment to service excellence and stay up to date on new features. • Instil confidence in clients and build meaningful trust relationships both internally and externally. • Demonstrate project budget awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%. • Act as a liaison between Cority and clients in all assigned projects and initiatives. • Lead and support project implementations following pre-defined implementation methodology, which includes configuring the application, training clients, testing, and note taking. • Work closely with the Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team. • Interact with and support other departments (including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product). • Establish, with the client team and Cority Project Manager, a plan for management of the project implementation including intervention where timeline milestones are being delayed or missed. • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets for approval at the end of each week. • Actively participate in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

• Lead a team of engineers delivering high-quality software for the EHS platform • Responsible for team’s delivery, health, and growth • Stay closely involved with technical work while driving outcomes across the product • Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and peer engineering teams to plan and execute on commitments • Remove blockers and build a team culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement • Maintain hands-on involvement with code daily (75% technical role)

• Act as a trusted advisor, managing a broad range of legal matters characteristic of a full-service corporate legal department. • Heavily focus on drafting and negotiating commercial SaaS transactions, safeguarding data privacy, and navigating emerging AI legal frameworks. • Oversee litigation management, advise on product strategy, and support general corporate governance.

• Serve as a reliable technical expert in one or more areas of the codebase, making well-reasoned design decisions with appropriate trade-offs • Own features and projects from requirements through technical design to production delivery • Scope work into milestones with reasonable estimates and communicate early when timelines are at risk • Debug complex issues across system boundaries and design for observability --logging, metrics, and alerting • Proactively identify and address issues in the codebase or process, not just the work assigned to you • Contribute to technical direction within your team and advocate for quality from the user's perspective • Perform thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor engineers earlier in their careers • Document your work and decisions so others can build on them • Support Product Owners with domain expertise and help translate requirements into technical designs • Handle ambiguity -- make progress when requirements are incomplete or evolving • Design and deliver work that spans multiple system components, unblocking teammates and identifying risks to the broader team's delivery • Shape technical standards, drive improvements to code quality and tooling, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Working in isolation or as part of a team, the Implementation Consultant I understands the connections between the EHSQ suites in Cority and can demonstrate knowledge effectively to clients. • They have a keen understanding of how and why clients would use Cority software. • They have a strong commitment to service excellence and stay up to date on new features. • They instil confidence in clients and build meaningful trust relationships both internally and externally. • They demonstrate project budget awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Drive technical and architectural decisions to meet product requirements while also anticipating and designing for future needs. • Lead teams technically to drive production ready code. • Design and develop new software and enhance existing software for clients’ systems, and for Cority’s base software. • Communicate directly with Product Owners to ensure that requirements and specifications are understood. • Develop high-quality software and is an advocate of automation frameworks for testing, integration, and deployment. • Review completed software designs or prototypes with team and participates in code reviews • Tracks sprint work and provides proper transparency/visibility to their team • Provide support and maintenance. • Own one or more functional area’s or projects and help breakdown task into manageable stories. • Mentor junior developers. • Open to learning and working with modern technologies as required in the project.
