About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of leading large-scale IT programs, particularly in custom development and enterprise application implementation. This role requires managing complex, cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments. Essential Functions - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale application implementation programs across multiple workstreams. - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams of 90–100+ members within a custom development environment. - Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including regular client engagement and on-site meetings in Seattle. - Drive Agile program execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, product, and business teams. - Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - Oversee program budgets and resource utilization, ensuring efficient and effective execution - Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability and high performance. - Ensure delivery quality and adherence to scope, timelines, and business objectives. - Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to improve delivery efficiency and program outcomes. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - 12-15 years of experience in project/program management within IT services - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale application implementation programs in custom development settings - Demonstrated experience leading complex programs with 90–100+ cross-functional team members - Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) in implementation-driven projects (not analytics/reporting-focused) - Experience working in Retail and/or E-commerce domains, supporting large enterprise clients - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) in large program environments - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders - Experience managing program budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams - Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across time zones - Willingness to travel to Seattle occasionally for client meetings and key milestones Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) We are an equal opportunity employer. Role Description You will be a Senior Project Manager from a Construction background and will be a solution driven individual that can demonstrate a willingness to engage, drive and complete projects and where required understand and seek the necessary support to drive these projects to completion.
