WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an AV Project Manager, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for audiovisual (AV) and unified communication (UC) systems, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AV deployments. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of world-class conferencing experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage technical complexities, and drive project success will be key. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct site-level AV audits to assess current state and project readiness. - Serve as SME for AV systems and their integration with Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms. - Plan, implement, and manage global conference room deployments in alignment with BTS budgets. - Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft Office Suite and other tools. - Provide monthly spend reports and maintain financial oversight of project budgets. - Align project goals with organizational strategies and broader IT initiatives. - Manage operational and administrative support for the global AV estate. - Lead deployments of complex spaces, including large divisible rooms. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies for collaboration and conferencing. - Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage mitigation strategies. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. - Liaise with architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to uphold design and execution standards. - Partner with IT and support teams to improve conferencing experiences and resolve issues. - Communicate project status, risks, and training opportunities to key stakeholders. - Adjust scope, timelines, and resources as needed to ensure project success. - Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support long-term collaboration. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: - Expertise in Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Teams Admin, and ServiceNow. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills for AV/UC systems. - Demonstrated experience with MS Teams and Cisco interoperability. - Proven project leadership and organizational abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - High level of reliability, accountability, and teamwork. - Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions. - Sound decision-making and analytical capabilities. - Experience driving results through collaboration, oversight, and performance tracking.
