We now seek a customer-obsessed, results-driven Program Manager to join our expanding FinOps Program Management Office (PMO) in the North America region. As a Program Manager, you will: - Deliver complex, large-scale programs and projects from initiation through delivery by leading cross-functional, geographically diverse project teams. - Understand business requirements and ensure implementation from a people, process, policy, and technology perspective. - Ensure consistent and efficient execution of projects, adhering to Amazon’s governance and project methodology frameworks. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners and key PMO Excellence stakeholders. - Continually strengthen FinOps effectiveness with a relentless focus on identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Requirements - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience. - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field. - Healthcare experience. - IT/Tech project experience.
