The Crown Is Yours As a Regulatory Compliance Manager on our Responsible Gaming team, you'll be the central owner of RG regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of regulatory reporting, requirement interpretation, and regulator engagement. You'll operate at the intersection of Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations-translating complex, evolving regulations into clear, actionable processes and ensuring we meet deadlines across a multi-state environment. You'll also play a key role in strengthening how we respond to regulators and scale compliance as we continue to expand. What you'll do - Serve as the primary point of contact for Responsible Gaming regulatory engagement, including responding to regulator inquiries, requests, and audits. - Own and manage all recurring and ad hoc RG regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. - Interpret and translate jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders. - Build and maintain a centralized repository of RG regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and timelines. - Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to ensure RG tools, workflows, and reporting align with regulatory requirements. - Support new market launches and monitor regulatory changes to assess impact on RG policies, processes, and product features. What you'll bring - At least 5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry. Legal training or experience as a practicing attorney is preferred. - Demonstrated experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes. - Experience managing reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while operating independently in a fast-paced evolving environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders. - Experience in gaming, sports betting, or iGaming regulatory environments, and familiarity with Responsible Gaming or consumer protection frameworks is a plus #LI-KJ1 Join Our Team We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 100,800.00 USD - 126,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
