Senior Compliance Administrator – Program Administration

• Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to ensure State and Federal program contract compliance • Represent the Compliance Program Administration team at meetings and help shape policy and processes • Own and manage shared inboxes and ensure timely review, triage, escalation and routing of requests • Identify trends, risks, or recurring issues and ensure escalation and action planning • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for stakeholders seeking guidance on Compliance Program Administration processes • Support the ongoing maintenance, analysis, and refinement of metrics and scorecards used to measure Compliance Program Effectiveness • Support preparation of summaries, dashboards, and materials used for compliance leadership, committees, and governance forums • Apply judgment to help resolve issues, clarify requirements, and support consistent execution • Conduct compliance audits, write corrective action plans and work with department managers to ensure timely completion and compliance with local, state and regulatory requirements • Represent the key leadership position for compliance, oversee communication, coordinate of policy development and ensure accurate and timely communication to all departments.

Job Requirements
