As a Market Development Leader , you will be responsible for developing, building, and scaling Littelfuse’s presence in high-growth automation and electrified industrial applications. Your role will focus on defining and positioning power control and protection solutions within complex, system-level environments where reliability, safety, and scalability are critical. About the Job: - Segment and size high-growth automation and electrification markets, identifying key opportunities. - Map the ecosystem including OEMs, integrators, subsystem suppliers, and emerging players. - Prioritize target applications and accounts, defining current SAM and expansion pathways. - Design and implement a repeatable lifecycle model to drive scalable growth opportunities. - Translate Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights into actionable strategies and solution development. - Define value propositions and partner with engineering teams to develop scalable, platform-based solutions. - Identify technology and capability gaps and define build vs. acquire strategies, including M&A opportunities. - Drive enterprise alignment across business units to ensure coordinated customer engagement and execution. About You: - 7+ years of experience in automation, electrification, industrial electronics, power systems, or related fields. - Experience working directly with OEM customers on system requirements and technical integration. - Strong understanding of system-level design, manufacturability, and scalability. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority. - Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and ownership mindset. - Customer-focused with a collaborative and global perspective.
