Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and service offerings. • Partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities and translate technical features into clear, compelling value propositions. • Manage the cross-functional launch process, aligning all internal and external stakeholders on timelines, messaging, and success metrics. • Serve as the voice of the customer and the market within the organization, conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy. • Identify and define new market opportunities, competitive advantages, and potential areas for product innovation. • Work with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market needs, competitive intelligence, and business objectives. • Craft differentiated and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas and key stakeholders. • Develop a full suite of sales enablement tools and content, including presentations, data sheets, case studies, and battle cards, to arm the sales team for success. • Create thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars, to establish the company as an industry leader. • Spearhead efforts to identify, evaluate, and forge strategic partnerships with third-party organizations. • Develop joint value propositions and integrated service offerings with partners to expand market reach and create new revenue opportunities. • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, events, and content, to drive mutual business success. • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the sales organization to ensure a smooth feedback loop and effective lead hand-off. • Collaborate with marketing counterparts (demand generation, brand) to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution. • Present to executive leadership on market trends, product performance, and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related strategic role.
- Demonstrated experience in a technology or B2B environment, with a proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, powerful, and audience-specific messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Experience in partnership management and developing integrated solutions is highly desirable.

Job summary The Manager, GTM Strategy & Anaplan Modeling will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models that support go-to-market planning and decision-making across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership.
