• Own Deal Integrity & Flow: Audit "Closed Won" deals to ensure commercial terms are accurate and that all automated handoffs to Onboarding and CS are triggered flawlessly. • Support Commissions Reporting: Report internal sales commissions and liaison with Sales Reps Q&A. Leverage AI-assisted tools to generate, validate, and refine commission statements, collaborating with internal AI champions to maintain and improve automated workflows. • Optimize GTM Workflows: Partner with our Salesforce Admin to build and maintain Salesforce workflows • Enhance GTM Process + Strategy: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to optimize existing processes and implement new ones when strategic changes occur • Monitor the Revenue Engine: Proactively track deal velocity and stage gates, ensuring all required checks and balances are met before a deal progresses. • Support Data Governance & CRM Compliance: Monitor CRM data integrity across the sales funnel, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps, following up with sales representatives to enforce accurate and timely data entry. • Maintain Reporting Infrastructure: Support the maintenance of existing Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely refresh across pipeline and bookings tracking tools. • Support Weekly and Monthly Reporting Cycles: Assist in the preparation and distribution of recurring sales reporting, including pipeline activity summaries and funnel movement tracking, ensuring timely stakeholder visibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role focused on the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM including Workflows, Custom Objects, and Deal Stage progression.
- Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and CRM reporting to visualize trends and identify process breakdowns.
- Demonstrated ability to design, test, and refine AI-assisted workflows for operational processes, including validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and iterating based on results.
