About Exposant 3 (E3) Exposant 3 is a consulting firm specializing in business management and information technology. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our team to contribute to XXX (e.g., support business growth, respond to client needs, strengthen an internal practice). You will play a key role in XXX (e.g., identifying talent, delivering services, improving processes), while contributing to the excellence of our practice. Key Responsibilities Roles - Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for varied IT roles (screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checks, and offer support as applicable). - Act as a trusted recruitment partner for internal stakeholders and hiring managers supporting Ontario government requirements. - Ensure recruitment activities align with client expectations, service standards, and delivery timelines. - Represent Exposant 3 professionally with candidates and stakeholders in an English-only environment. Activities - Source, attract, and engage qualified IT candidates using multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking). - Screen candidates in English and assess fit based on technical requirements, soft skills, and public-sector context. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation in a VMS/ATS (Flextrack is an asset). - Coordinate interviews, manage communications, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and sourcing strategies. - Ensure compliance with process requirements typical of public-sector recruitment (documentation, traceability, service levels). Profile We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is both people-oriented and process-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and who enjoys building meaningful professional relationships. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory). - Demonstrated experience recruiting IT / technology profiles (mandatory). - Experience working with a VMS platform (mandatory); Flextrack experience is a strong asset. - Strong knowledge of IT roles, terminology, and common technology stacks, with the ability to understand varied requirements quickly. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail. - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). - Experience recruiting in a public-sector environment (Ontario and/or Canadian federal government): an asset.
