• Strategy development: You create a regional potential analysis, use our CRM tools for evaluations, and derive regional sales strategies from this to drive further company growth • Know-how: You support your team with your expertise in developing tailored sales strategies and always keep regional specifics in mind • Market analysis: You analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities • Leadership: In the longer term, you will lead a team of Account Executives who can sell our product to HR decision-makers and coach them on our sales strategies to drive their success • Event planning: You organize trade fairs and events in the region together with your team and other internal stakeholders • Collaboration: You work on a project basis with internal stakeholders, contributing your sales expertise to jointly advance our customers' success • Team development: In the longer term, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new and existing team members

Job Requirements

  • Experience: You have at least 5 years' experience in consultative B2B sales as an individual contributor and at least 2 years' experience leading a sales team
  • Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus)
  • Regional network: You are based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Rhineland-Palatinate, or Saarland and ideally already have an existing network of HR decision-makers in the region
  • Hands-on mentality: You bring a strong hands-on mentality and actively support sales — pragmatic, solution-oriented, and committed
  • Leadership: You have a proven track record of building successful sales teams and lead them to success with a clear vision and inspiring leadership
  • Communication skills: You possess strong analytical understanding, excel in presentations and negotiation, and operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Languages: You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
