In this hunter role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the region. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting leads to negotiating and closing deals. Your mission will be to build strong relationships and expand Lighthouse's presence, demonstrating the value of our solutions to the hospitality industry in Africa. Where you will have impact - Actively seek and develop new business opportunities in the African market through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. - Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity generation and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and deal closing. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed commercial targets. - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand Lighthouse's presence and achieve sales objectives in your assigned territory. - Upsell our product suite to existing clients, identifying their evolving needs. - Provide valuable customer feedback to our Product team to help shape the future of our solutions. - Leverage AI-driven insights and sales tools to optimize processes, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure smarter account execution. Who you are Essential - Native or fluent in Arabic and English. - Demonstrable experience in business development (full sales cycle) at a Software as a Service company. - A natural "hunter" mindset, with a proven track record in seeking, acquiring, and driving new business. - Passion for the travel and technology industry. - You are proactive and self-motivated, capable of proposing new ideas and process improvements. - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and related sales tools. - Curiosity about AI and an obsession with performance, with an interest in exploring how automation and data can improve results. The Sales & Training Executive (STE) is the face of Medik8 within the retail space. You will be responsible for driving "sell-through" by educating premium beauty retailers on our CSA Philosophy (Vitamin C, Sunscreen, Vitamin A) and ensuring our brand presence is flawless. You will manage a territory of high-volume doors, building deep relationships with Store Leadership to ensure Medik8 is the #1 recommended clinical brand on the floor, while actively managing budget and team performance to meet strategic goals. Team Leadership & Development - Manage, coach, and track the sales and training performance of any direct reports and/or freelance team members. - Recruit, interview, and onboard all new direct reports in partnership with leadership, HR, and Education team. - Provide consistent onboarding, training, and management for all direct reports and freelance in your territory. - Ensure achievement of key retail metrics like “sales per hour” and “items per transaction” goals for your team. - Manage and audit timekeeping/payroll procedures according to payroll timelines for all direct reports and freelancers. 4. Relationship Management & Advocacy - Build influential, collaborative partnerships with premium beauty retail District Managers, Store Managers, and Education Leads. - Execute regular business reviews with in-store retail partners to communicate trending business and negotiate elevated store training opportunities, merchandising placement, and event strategies to drive retail sales growth. - Manage the Gratis program at the store level, ensuring the "right" products get into the hands of the "right" influencers on the floor. - Act as the primary feedback loop between the stores and the Head of Sales, advocating retailer needs with internal cross-functional partners. - Diplomatically address and resolve any store-level challenges to maintain strong relationships and ensure solid brand integrity. 5. Visual Merchandising & Operations - Maintain the Medik8 Gondola and/or NBT Wall to global brand standards. - Oversee execution of merchandising, promotional, and launch calendars, ensuring all brand guidelines are upheld. - Monitor inventory levels in-store; alert the Commercial Planner of potential out-of-stocks or shipment delays. - Ensure all testers are hygienic, full, and presentable. - Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories. 6. Reporting & Business Analysis - Adhere to budgetary spend commitments, inclusive of Travel and Expense and Freelance Resource Management. - Track and analyze competitive promotions for future planning and conduct competitive research. - Utilize internal reporting tools (e.g., Power Bi) to evaluate retail trends and assess shifts in resource management. - Maintain organization and manage administrative deadlines, including but not limited to: travel bookings, expense reports, weekly sales recaps, event recaps, and store visit schedules. - Provide quarterly recaps highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
