Senior Staff Engineer – Salesforce Technical Lead

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom applications. • Provide technical direction to Salesforce developers and admins. • Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs. • Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, etc. • Configure Salesforce environments including objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and process builders. • Develop REST/SOAP APIs, integrations with external systems using middleware or platform APIs. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery. • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. • Manage deployment activities using tools like Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD pipelines.
