About the Role As Gropyus moves into the next phase of scaling up, we anticipate our Data growing rapidly. As such, we’re looking for an professional, enthusiastic Data Governance professional to join the Data and AI vertical. This role reports to the Lead of the Data Language team and will act as an individual contributor as well as a thought partner for our Data leadership team and stakeholders. A successful candidate in this role will collaborate on initiatives such as expanding our current Data Management offerings for the Data Fabric, integrating securely and effectively with AI agents and services, and implementing stronger processes for data provenance within the Tech department. What you will be doing As part of our Data Leadership Team you can expect to- - Pair with our process specialists, drive to best practices in data management including Data contracts, SOPs, retention, and access control. - Report on data quality initiatives: metrics, monitoring, remediation, profiling, and continuous improvement. - Drive improvements to our Data Catalog and metadata management within Tech. - Support tool selection/implementation for potential additional Data Quality tooling. - Identify and help manage data-related risks; collaborate on audits and compliance reviews. - Contribute to our Data Literacy efforts and expand training opportunities for our internal stakeholders. - Work closely with our Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Corporate IT teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. What you bring - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Assurance, Computer Science, IT or related fields. - Experience with data governance frameworks & best practices (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, ODCS, data stewardship models) - Working familiarity of data quality dimensions and tools; ability to define, measure, monitor, and remediate data quality. - Good understanding of data architecture, data modeling, metadata management, data lineage. - Good communication, stakeholder management skills; ability to influence, negotiate, collaborate cross-teams. - Proficient in working with regulatory and legal data/privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR. The opportunity The Skills Development Programs (SDP) Operations & Ecosystem Manager owns the operational infrastructure, impact measurement, and long-term community lifecycle strategy across all SDP initiatives. Overview The Manager, Program Management is responsible for managing key aspects of the client relationship to effectively implement current messaging solutions to grow the business for various ConnectiveRx accounts. Acts as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day requests that require a high level of understanding of the internal ConnectiveRx end-to-end processes and solutions. Responsible for key deliverables for new “opportunities” that include significant input into the Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contracting / Statements of Work (SOWs). Develops effective client-facing communications that include marketing and sales representations and account status updates. - Completes Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work with guidance from the Business Development executive.
