Role Description Unity's advertising platform reaches billions of people each month across mobile, gaming, and connected TV. As a Sales Executive on the Agency & Brand Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue from a named book of agency holding companies, independent agencies, brands, retail media networks, and commerce media networks. You will own the full commercial relationship — from pitching through negotiation, close, and expansion. This is a quota-carrying role for an entrepreneurial, connected sales professional who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex organizations, and translating Unity's data and reach into compelling brand advertising solutions. What You'll Do: - Own a named territory of agency accounts, brands, retail media networks, and commerce media networks; carry and consistently deliver against a quarterly and annual revenue quota. - Develop and execute account plans for each assigned relationship — identifying key decision-makers, mapping spend pools, multi-threading, uncovering objectives, and building tailored Unity solutions. - Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting and outreach, opportunity qualification, needs analysis, proposal and media plan development, RFP response, negotiation, and deal close. - Position Unity's brand advertising solutions — including managed service campaigns, PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals, Audience Hub activations, and custom audience packages — as the optimal vehicle for brand KPIs. - Develop strong working relationships with media investment leads, programmatic trading desk directors, agency planners and buyers, and brand-side media teams. - Collaborate with Account Managers post-sale to ensure smooth campaign onboarding, delivery against client KPIs, and proactive identification of upsell and renewal opportunities. - Build and maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline; provide reliable weekly forecasts to the Head of Agency Sales and Finance. - Lead executive briefings, attend agency training days, and represent Unity at industry events. - Serve as the client's internal advocate: channel agency and brand feedback into Unity's product and marketing roadmaps through regular internal QBRs and feedback loops. - Track competitive activity across peer SSPs, ad networks, gaming media, and emerging media platforms; develop strategies to defend and grow Unity's share of wallet. Qualifications - 5–9 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on agency or brand-direct relationships; prior experience at a programmatic platform, SSP, ad network, or premium publisher is strongly preferred. - Quota-carrying track record: consistent at-plan or above-plan performance over multiple years, ideally in a consultative, programmatic, or multi-product sales environment. - Established relationships at multiple agency holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Havas) and independent agencies, at the investment and trading desk level; ability to open doors and navigate large, matrixed organizations. - Fluency in programmatic deal mechanics: PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, Curated Marketplaces, open auction; ability to work alongside DSP and SSP partners to drive deal adoption and spend. - Experience selling to or partnering with retail media networks (RMNs) or commerce media networks (CMNs); understanding of off-platform extension and programmatic supply partnerships is a strong plus. - Strong storyteller: able to synthesize Unity's audience data, performance metrics, and case studies into a compelling pitch tailored to each client's unique brand objectives. - Organized, disciplined, and process-driven: you run a tight pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and follow through on commitments. - Team-first: you share intelligence generously with Account Managers, sales development representatives, product, marketing and other colleagues, and you play to win for the team, not just your number. Requirements - Prior experience at a DSP, SSP, leading publisher or a comparable programmatic platform. - Understanding of mobile app or immersive media advertising; ability to articulate the brand value of gaming audiences to non-endemic advertisers. - Experience selling CTV, audio, or high-impact video formats alongside display and mobile in bundled or cross-channel proposals. - Familiarity with brand measurement frameworks: brand lift, awareness/recall, footfall lift, purchase life, MRC cross-media measurement, and attention metrics. Senior GTM Operations Manager

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative environment and celebrate our employees across age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable law.
Role Description Unity's GTM Operations team sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, and this role owns the most critical part of that handoff. We're looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager to be the dedicated owner of the technology, workflows, and operational standards that govern how leads move from marketing into the hands of the sales team—from enrichment and deduplication through scoring, routing, and assignment. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who understands the full lifecycle of a lead and contact, can translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, and knows how to build the kind of trust with sales teams that makes them want to actually use the tools you build. If you find satisfaction in making a messy, manual process clean and automatic—and in knowing that your work directly affects whether sales reps get the right information at the right time—this role is for you. Remote position with a preference for East Coast-based candidates to support team alignment. What you'll be doing - Own the end-to-end marketing-to-sales handoff: lead routing logic, assignment rules, deduplication, SLA governance, and scalable enrichment and augmentation workflows across the lead and contact objects. - Administer and optimize GTM platforms including LeanData, MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Clay, and deduplication tooling; own Qualified.com across email and live chat channels, including conversation flows, routing logic, and AI agent configuration. - Partner with IT on Salesforce requirements for the lead and contact objects; build and own reporting dashboards, lead visibility widgets, and funnel analytics covering enrichment rates, routing SLA compliance, and tool adoption. - Collaborate with BDR leadership, sales teams, sales enablement, and Marketing Operations to drive tool adoption, ensure process adherence, and maintain a seamless handoff from Eloqua into the sales funnel. - Develop and maintain operational documentation, process playbooks, and governance standards; lead change management for new tool launches and system updates. Qualifications - 5+ years in marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience across the GTM tech stack: lead routing (LeanData strongly preferred), lead scoring (MadKudu), enrichment (ZoomInfo, Clay), marketing automation (Eloqua), and Salesforce on the lead and contact side. - Deep understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel—how leads are created, scored, enriched, deduplicated, routed, and assigned—and practical instincts for where processes break and how to fix them at scale. - Experience administering conversational AI platforms such as Qualified.com across email and live chat; comfortable defining and documenting requirements for Salesforce lead and contact configurations and working with IT to implement them without direct admin access. - Outstanding communication skills and a track record of owning SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation that enable teams to operate independently—with the project management discipline to run multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Strong preference for hands-on AI experience relevant to GTM operations: prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows, and integrations applied to lead operations, enrichment pipelines, or sales engagement processes. Requirements - Gross pay annually: 115,500 - 173,300 USD - This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). - The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set. Benefits - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance - Commute subsidy - Employee stock ownership - Competitive retirement/pension plans - Generous vacation and personal days - Support for new parents through leave and family-care programs - Office food snacks - Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and support - Employee Resource Groups - Global Employee Assistance Program - Training and development programs - Volunteering and donation matching program

Role Description The opportunity - Real-time 3D is moving off the desktop and onto every screen in the vehicle — instrument clusters, infotainment, and full digital cockpits. - Unity's Embedded OS team brings Unity's runtime to platforms cars run on — Android, Android Automotive OS (AAOS), embedded Linux, and QNX. - As a Senior Software Engineer, Embedded Android, you'll own how Unity runs on Android in the car. What success looks like - In your first 3-6 months: ramped on our Android/AOSP platform stack, shipped your first integrations and bug fixes, and become a trusted contributor in customer-facing investigations. - Within 12 months: own a meaningful area of the Android platform, influence its architecture, and act as a technical point of contact for an OEM program. Why you'll love it - Genuinely hard problems at the frontier of real-time 3D and automotive Android, AAOS, Vulkan, Unity as a Library (UAAL), IL2CPP, low-level graphics. - Direct, high-trust collaboration with automotive OEMs; your work is visible and it matters. - Deep ownership and autonomy in a small senior team, with a clear path to grow into technical leadership. - A global R&D organization tackling cross-platform challenges at scale. What you'll be doing - Bring Unity's real-time 3D runtime to Android in the vehicle. - Extend and harden our platform support across Android/AOSP and Android Automotive OS. - Integrate Unity into native Android apps and build the graphics and windowing layer for multi-screen, multi-touch digital cockpits and HMIs. - Profile and optimize for resource-constrained automotive SoCs, runtime performance, memory, startup/load time, and iteration speed across platforms. - Partner directly with automotive OEMs as a technical point of contact, investigating issues and removing performance bottlenecks. - Raise the engineering bar through design discussions, code reviews, and automated testing. Qualifications - Proficiency in C/C++/C# and building scalable, multithreaded systems on Linux/Android. - Hands-on Android/AOSP development across app and platform layers — HALs (AIDL), the Android build system (Soong/Blueprint), and the Android framework/lifecycle. - Working knowledge of Vulkan and OpenGL ES and the Android graphics/compositing stack. - Profiling and optimization on resource-constrained hardware using CPU/GPU/IO tooling. - Working directly with customers on technical issues, with business-level English. Requirements - Android Automotive OS (AAOS) / digital-cockpit / IVI HMI experience. - Embedded engineering (HMIs, instrument clusters) and cross-platform porting across Android, embedded Linux, and RTOS. - RTOS (QNX, Integrity) and automotive SoCs (Qualcomm SA8295/SA8775P, NXP i.MX8/i.MX95, NVIDIA Jetson/DRIVE Orin). - Modern C++ (C++17/20) and exposure to Rust in AOSP. - A perspective shaped by adjacent real-time or safety-aware domains — games, simulation, robotics, AR/VR, aerospace, or medical devices. Benefits - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance. - Commute subsidy. - Employee stock ownership. - Competitive retirement/pension plans. - Generous vacation and personal days. - Support for new parents through leave and family-care programs. - Office food snacks. - Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and support. - Employee Resource Groups. - Global Employee Assistance Program. - Training and development programs. - Volunteering and donation matching program.

Qualifications - Core Engine Experience: Experience building or fundamentally extending game engine cores, middleware, or foundational systems (e.g. serialization, build pipelines, memory subsystems). - AI Systems Fluency: Practical experience integrating AI/ML into production software, including areas such as model training, data collection, evaluation loops, agents, tool use, or model-context protocols. - Architecture & Execution: Ability to design modular, testable systems - then implement, profile, debug, and ship them end-to-end. - High-Performance Coding: Strong C++ and C# skills, with practical understanding of CPU caches, memory layout, allocation patterns, branch behavior, profiling, and performance tradeoffs in real-time systems. - Engine-Wide Breadth: Hands-on experience across multiple engine domains — such as physics, animation, input, rendering, assets, or build systems — and how they interact. Requirements - Experience building infrastructure for training data generation, synthetic data, simulation environments, evaluation harnesses, reinforcement learning, or agentic workflows. - Familiarity with 3D data formats and spatial content pipelines, such as USD, glTF, procedural generation, or semantic scene representations. - Experience with MCP-style tool interfaces, LLM agents, multimodal models, inference pipelines, embeddings, vector search, or AI systems that inspect and act on structured application state. - Knowledge of compression, streaming, replication, authority models, RPCs, state diffing, delta encoding, or network protocols for real-time interactive systems. - Experience with determinism, replay systems, simulation consistency, multithreading, job systems, lock-free programming, Unity DOTS, or other data-oriented runtime architectures.
