We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) System Administrator to join our team in Atlanta (REMOTE), Georgia (US-GA), United States (US). Job Summary: Cloud Infrastructure Administration - Deploy, manage, and maintain Oracle Linux servers hosted in OCI environments along with IaaS and DBaaS supporting SNS systems. - Configure and administer NAT Instances, Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRG), VCNs, and other OCI networking components to ensure secure and resilient connectivity. - Manage File Storage and Object Storage resources, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance with client and federal retention policies. - Implement and manage OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and compartment structures for least-privilege access. System Security & Compliance - Support Oracle Data Safe for data security, auditing, and activity monitoring of database assets. - Perform patching, vulnerability scanning, and remediation in accordance with client and federal security standards. - Ensure all OCI configurations adhere to FedRAMP Moderate baseline controls, NIST 800-53 security requirements, and client-specific security guidelines. - Assist in the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) and other documentation required for system Authority to Operate (ATO). Operations, Automation, & Support - Develop automation scripts and OCI CLI tools for resource provisioning, patch management, and performance monitoring. - Maintain accurate documentation of OCI architecture, system configurations, and operational procedures. - Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for OCI-hosted environments, collaborating with internal client security, development, and operations teams. - Participate in incident response, continuity of operations (COOP), and disaster recovery planning and testing. Collaboration & Mission Support - Work closely with cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and program management teams to ensure reliable and secure operations of mission-critical systems. - Contribute to modernization initiatives supporting public health emergency preparedness and response platforms. - Support audits, security assessments, and configuration reviews as required by the ASPR Information Security Office and client OCIO. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program. - Minimum 10 years of experience in systems administration, including at least 3 years managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. - Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Linux server administration (installation, tuning, patching, troubleshooting). - Minimum 1 year of experience with NAT instances, Dynamic Routing Gateways, and VCN configuration in OCI. - Minimum 1 year of experience with OCI File and Object Storage, lifecycle policies, and access management. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Data Safe, Vulnerability Scanning Service, and OCI Monitoring/Logging. - Minimum 2 years of experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation in a federal or highly regulated environment. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Bash, Python, or OCI CLI scripting for automation and orchestration. - Minimum 2 years of experience creating and modifying Ansible Playbooks and Teredata queries. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,168 - $156,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
