SaaS IT Administrator

Role Description QinetiQ is looking for a hands-on SaaS IT Administrator to help keep our cloud software running smoothly. This role is all about making life easier for our teams - setting up users, keeping systems secure, and solving problems before they become headaches. Responsibilities - Manage user accounts and access across cloud apps, including SSO and SAML authentication. - Work with vendors and keep software subscriptions and licenses up to date. - Make sure our cloud applications meet security and compliance standards. - Automate routine IT tasks to save time and reduce manual work. - Troubleshoot SaaS-related issues and keep things running smoothly. - Document processes and contribute to our internal IT knowledge base. - Collaborate with other IT team members to make workflows better and more efficient. Qualifications - 3-5 years experience in SaaS administration or cloud IT support. - Experience managing user accounts, access control, and identity management (SSO/SAML). - Solid understanding of cloud software ecosystems and IT security/compliance basics. - Proactive problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes. - Clear communicator, comfortable working with teams across the organization. - Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides. Preferred Qualifications - Experience automating IT workflows with scripts or IT automation platforms. Pay Transparency The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
