Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (technical master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience as a SW / back end developer
- Proficient in Java (Spring), SQL, Docker
- Experience in Terraform
- Experience in AWS
- Experience with REST APIs, unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and documentation habits
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

💼 The Role We are looking for a mission-driven, full-stack software engineer with 4+ years of professional experience to join Loula as a full-time founding software engineer. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about their work making a positive impact and who's excited about having autonomy and ownership at an early-stage startup.
