LMcare gaat de strijd aan met de wachtlijsten in de GGZ. Dankzij onze succesvolle FIT-behandelmethode, kunnen we de wachtlijsten kort houden. Met een doorverwijzing van de huisarts kunnen cliënten de volgende dag al een afspraak plannen met onze triageverpleegkundige. Hierop volgt een kort, intensief traject via videobellen. Alles via een beveiligde verbinding in onze app, volledig vergoed door de zorgverzekeraar. GZ-psycholoog bij LMcare Voor een cliënt is een flexibele agenda fijn, maar voor jou als behandelaar ook. Jij bepaalt hoeveel cliënten je behandelt en wanneer je dat doet. Zo heb je de regie over je eigen work/life balance. Werken vanuit Bali, Turkije, Colombia of Italië? Fantastisch! Het enige wat je écht nodig hebt is een stabiele internetverbinding en een rustige werkplek. Wat voor ons telt, is dat je voldoening uit je werk haalt en blij wordt van het bieden van de best mogelijke hulp aan mensen. Behandelen volgens FIT-method, uniek in Nederland. Wetenschappelijk onderzoek bewijst het succes van meerdere behandelsessies per week. Als behandelgesprekken elkaar snel opvolgen, blijven informatie, inzichten en oefeningen beter hangen bij cliënten. Dit werkt ontzettend motiverend voor de cliënt én de behandelaar. Bij LMcare behandelen we daarom succesvol volgens onze zelf ontwikkelde FIT-method. FIT staat voor Frequent, Intensive Therapy. Door onze ervaring met de FIT-method, weten we dat een sGGZ-traject bij LMcare gemiddeld binnen 4 maanden succesvol afgerond kan zijn. Terwijl het landelijk gemiddelde op 8 maanden ligt. Hiermee versnellen we de doorstroom van cliënten en dragen we ons steentje bij aan het verkorten van de wachtlijsten. Werken waar én wanneer je wilt - Cliënten behandel je online via je computer, tablet of smartphone; - Kleine, overzichtelijke caseload en daardoor sterke therapeutische link; - MDO’s met medebehandelaars doen we ook online; - LMcare Academy: ons kennisinstituut over de do's & don'ts van online behandelen in de GGZ; - Maandelijks werkoverleg + lunch & learn sessies met het hele team. Naast online werken, zien we elkaar ook fysiek met de jaarlijkse studiereis (Stockholm, Scheveningen, Brussel, Berlijn, Parijs), studiedagen en spontane borrels! Zorg voor onze collega's Bij LMcare ben jij als behandelaar onze topprioriteit. Samen bepalen we per maand hoeveel uren jij gaat werken. Deze uren zet je in onze gedeelde agenda. Overdag, of liever ’s avonds wanneer de kinderen slapen? Alles is mogelijk. De cliënt boekt een intake in overleg met de triagist en de vervolgafspraken plannen jullie vervolgens samen in.
