Job Description

Sales Coordinator – Closer, B2B

DocPlanner

• Leadership of the Closer team • Monitor individual and team performance • Conduct 1:1s, roleplays and structured feedback sessions • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires • Serve as the point of contact for team questions, alignments and best practices • Manage commercial flow with SDRs • Ensure strategic distribution of incoming leads • Act as a bridge between pre-sales (SDR) and closing (Closer) • Track lead journeys and ensure smooth movement through the sales funnel • Coordinate activities, schedules and priorities between teams • Provide operational and administrative support • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and automation tool (Outreach) updated and well used • Ensure cadences, activities and follow-ups are completed • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and propose course corrections when needed • Data analysis and insight generation • Produce and analyze performance and conversion reports • Identify improvement opportunities based on data • Contribute to strategies to optimize the commercial process • Training and development • Actively support onboarding and continuous training of the team • Structure playbooks, best practices and learning dynamics • Foster team spirit, ownership mentality and a results-driven culture

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales teams, especially Closer teams
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening skills
  • Proactivity, autonomy and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency with tools such as CRM (Salesforce) and Outreach (or similar)
  • Analytical skills to work with data, reports and performance indicators
  • Experience in SaaS companies or consultative sales (differential)
  • Experience in sales teams structured by stages (SDR → Closer) (differential)
  • Participation in building or improving sales processes (differential)
  • Leadership focused on people development and collaborative culture (differential)
